Looking Good huh? I was 243, now I'm at 191 today. (late February) That's 52 pounds since October 16 th ! Amazing. I'm working out 6 days a week, and lifting weights 3 days with my trainer, and I'm settling for no less than 3 pounds a week right now, and its working! Stomach is VERY touchy lately.
No spice, absolute no red meat, very little chicken. It seemed like all of a sudden a lot of foods bother me, garlic, onion, nuts, bread, and none of those bothered me before.
But I find when I eat something that doesn't agree with me, my stomach gets a little tender for about 2 days.. so I'm try and be real selective in what I eat.
This 1.6 cc fill is still very tight, and I feel at times a little too tight but it's working so lets leave it alone. Amazing though how ice cream & chocolate ALWAYS feel good going down! hahah Will keep you posted on how the progress is going!
